Electromagnetic compatibility certification VCCI is Japan's electromagnetic compatibility certification mark. Managed by Japan's Voluntary Control Council for Interference by ITE, evaluates whether information technology products meet VCCI requirements based on CISPR. VCCI certification is not mandatory, but information technology products sold in Japan are generally required to be VCCI certified. Manufacturers should first apply for membership of the VCCI before they can use the VCCI logo. In order to obtain VCCI accreditation, the EMI test report provided must be issued by a VCCI registered accredited testing agency. VCCI mainly regulates information technology equipment, and its regulations correspond to CISPR standards.
