I. From the date of announcement to August 1, 2009, applicants can voluntarily choose to follow GB2099.1-2008, GB1002-2008, GB1003-2008 (hereinafter referred to as the new version of the standard) or GB2099.1-1996, GB1002-1996 GB1003-1999 (hereinafter referred to as the old version of the standard) applies for certification; starting from August 1, 2009, the new version of the standard should be used for certification.

2. For products that have obtained compulsory certification in accordance with the old version of the standard, the holder of the old version of the standard certification certificate shall submit an application for the conversion of the new version of the standard certification certificate to the designated certification body after the implementation of the new version of the standard and before the next follow-up inspection, and accept the experiment. The laboratory shall perform the tests performed according to the difference detection items listed in the appendix, and issue a new version of the standard certification certificate after passing the test. The conversion of the old version of the standard certification certificate should be completed before August 1, 2010. The certification body should suspend the certification that has not been converted before the deadline. If the certificate conversion work has not been completed before November 1, 2010, the certification body should revoke the old version of the standard. Certification.

3. For products that have obtained CCC certification in the form of "conversion of the original electrical product safety certification (CCEE) to CCC certificate", if a complete and effective CCC type test report cannot be provided, the full project type test must be performed in accordance with the new version of the standard.

4. For certified products that have been manufactured, put on the market and no longer produced before August 1, 2009, no certificate conversion is required.
