According to the "Administrative Measures for Energy Efficiency Labeling", the National Development and Reform Commission, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration have organized the "Product Catalog of the People's Republic of China Implementing Energy Efficiency Labeling (Seventh Batch)" "Implementation Rules for the Energy Efficiency Labeling of Flat Panel TVs" and "Implementation Rules for the Energy Efficiency Labelling of Household and Similar Use Microwave Ovens", and issued announcements. The Implementation Rules for the Energy Efficiency Labeling of Flat Panel TVs and the Implementation Rules for the Energy Efficiency Labelling of Household and Similar Microwave Ovens will be implemented from March 1, 2011. For products manufactured or imported before March 1, 2011, the energy efficiency label can be postponed until March 1, 2012.
