SIRIM is the only certification agency in Malaysia﹒ Any factory or company can apply to SIRIM, and audit and get approval in accordance with recognized standards under the product certification system. These certifications are voluntary, but in many cases, compulsory certification is required in response to government regulatory requirements.

The following qualifications can submit a CB certificate and test report.

· National or foreign manufacturers or

· Authorized agent

The following documents need to be submitted:

Completed <Product Certification Questionnaire> (signed from www.sirim.my)

A copy of the CB certificate.

A copy of the CB test report.

After receiving the above documents, the quotation of application fee and factory inspection fee will be informed
